The Digital Services Act - Single point of contact for intermediary services for Member States’ authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services

According to the Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act) Digital Services Act, we hereby inform, that constitutes a single point of contact for Member States’ authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, in accordance with the Article 11 of the Digital Services Act.

Single point of contact communicates in Polish and English.
